Help: Getting Error NameError : Undefined local variable or method 'production'

Hi,
We are installing Redmine 4.1.1 for the first time and getting error mentioned above. Request someone to help on this error.

The details related to DB, Rails Version are mentioned in attached file.

could you describe the exact command you ran when you come across the error in the screenshot?

Command Executed is

cd /var/www/redmine && bundle exec rails server webrick -e production

The error message and partial stack trace is not consistent with the command which is supposedly run.

If you still experience this (or a similar) error, please show the exact command you are running, as well as the full unedited error message and the full stack trace. Please also include the information requested in Submissions.
