Italian "Assigned to changed from A in B" is confused

Description

Hi,
in redmine 1.3 and 2.3.2 stable when I assigned task to another person (eg. assigned from A to B)
B received a mail with body like this "Assigned to changed from A in B"

I think this isn't correct.
How can I change the template of this message?

I cannot reproduce on English locale.
What locale do you use?

You can change it.yml "field_assigned_to".

Should Redmine change "Assegnato a"?

In italian the text is "Assegnato a modificata da Marco Rossi a Paolo Bianchi", but I think should be "Assegnato da Marco Rossi a Paolo Bianchi"

In my installation I have modified source:tags/2.3.3/config/locales/it.yml#L832 in this type : text_journal_changed: "%{label} %{new}. Modificata da %{old} a %{new}"
