Italian "Assigned to changed from A in B" is confused

Description
Hi,
in redmine 1.3 and 2.3.2 stable when I assigned task to another person (eg. assigned from A to B)
B received a mail with body like this "Assigned to changed from A in B"
I think this isn't correct.
How can I change the template of this message?

I cannot reproduce on English locale.
What locale do you use?
I use the italian version.

In italian the text is "Assegnato a modificata da Marco Rossi a Paolo Bianchi", but I think should be "Assegnato da Marco Rossi a Paolo Bianchi"
Now I try with your hint.
