Raise the maximum length of key/value list custom field values from 60 to 255 characters

Hello
I want to use the key/value list.
When I try to enter a new possible value longer than 60 characters it won't be added to the available list.
Also editing existiong entries with longer text won't be saved.
Please set the textlength to 255 characters.

Is there a reason for the limit? As far as I can see the field in the db has `text` as type so it should be able to hold a value with unlimited length.
The attached patch raises the maximum length of a key/value list value from 60 to 255 characters.
The current limit is inconsistent with the "List" format. Possible values of a List custom field have no length validation at all, so values longer than 60 characters can already be used there. Only the key/value list format restricts a value to 60 characters. As a result, users who want to switch from List to Key/value list cannot do so if any of their values exceeds that limit.
The 60-character limit is enforced only by a model validation. The custom_field_enumerations.name column is a string column that can already store 255 characters, so no migration is required.
