I'm just curious...
Is there a reason/strategy behind assigning this one line change to 4.1.0 instead of an earlier release?

Jean-Philippe Lang wants to release Redmine 4.0.0 as soon as possible. Therefore, I don't add open issues for Redmine 4.0.0.
