Description

Persian translation of Redmine has been updated to fix the usability issues with the very old translation still in use (see #7418-18) and also to add translations for newly introduced strings since the last update of Persian translation which has been a long time ago.

It's notable that the provided translations are based on commercially proven ones used and improved in Peygir service over the years.

This is an official contribution by developers of Peygir service, Bonyan Co., back to the great Redmine community.
