Add SVG icons sample view

Description
Currently, when developing view templates, we cannot see the appearance of SVG icons.
I have attached a patch that adds an information page displaying all SVG icons and their names in development mode.
Files
- Target version set to Candidate for next major release
- Category set to UI
- Target version changed from Candidate for next major release to 6.1.0
Setting the target version to 6.1.0.
Wouldn't it be nice if it'd 1.) also iterate the plugins and lists their icons?
And not that important but could be helpful, too: And maybe also 2.) show the "original" icon name lightweight like in brackets and grey.
That would be really helpful, thank you!
