Description
The attached patch updates the background colors of initial-style avatars introduced in #29824 to improve color consistency.
Colors are selected from Tailwind CSS (https://tailwindcss.com/docs/colors), which helps the avatars maintain vividness while achieving a more harmonious appearance.

I have updated the patch and replaced the Tailwind palette with Open Color (https://github.com/yeun/open-color).
Since Open Color has a relatively calm tone, I think it is a better fit for a business application like Redmine.
