Description

I'm trying to access Redmine site from Brazil and always receive 403 Forbidden response.
I'm right now using TOR network to fill this bug

Could this happening because some IP ranges blocked?

The same for me.

It appears to be an incorrect restriction in the site hosting service because we get a http 403 (403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules) from the server.

I am using a VPN to post here. We tried many internet providers and the result is the same. The problem is in the Redmine site hosting company.

Sad timing for this with the new Redmine 6.1.0 just released.

I don't have access to the website, but I will write an email to Jean-Philippe.

My access is back.
I tested 2 more internet providers and all of them are now with access again.

Fabiano Souza can you confirm it too ?
