Description

Currently, the context menus and submenus rely on custom overrides and legacy styles defined in context_menu.css that are difficult to maintain. This ticket refactors the context menu styling by integrating it with the new dropdown.css, and extends the dropdown components to support nested submenus.

For reference:
  • In #31353, a new dropdown component was introduced
  • In #44205, the actions dropdown has been refactored to use the new dropdown.
