No error is shown when pasting an image after the limit of attachments at once is reached

Description
When the number of attachments in the attachment form has already reached the limit, pasting another image into a text area with Ctrl+V fails silently. The image is not attached, and no error message is shown.
Adding files with the file input or by drag and drop in the same situation shows the error "This file cannot be uploaded because it exceeds the maximum number of files that can be attached simultaneously (10)". Pasting should behave the same way.
The attached patch fixes this.
