Remove the delete icon from the time entries list
Description
The time entries list shows a delete icon in each row, next to the edit icon and the "..." context menu button. It is the only list in Redmine that still has a delete button in each row. Having a delete button visible in every row increases the risk of accidental deletion.
Other lists have moved such buttons into the context menu:
- The admin projects list had Archive, Copy and Delete links in each row. They were removed when the context menu was added in r21520 (#33422).
- The admin users list had a Delete link in each row. It was removed in r21823 (#37674).
The delete icon in the time entries list predates its context menu. When the context menu was added in r5314 (#7996), the icon was kept.
The attached patch removes the delete icon. Time entries can still be deleted from the context menu. The edit icon is kept because it is not destructive.
The delete action currently appears twice: as an icon in each row and in the context menu.
