Description

Currently, after clicking "Update" on a ticket page, an editing form is displayed underneath. Instead of this, how about just replacing the original yellow ticket with a similar yellow form. I think this would result in a much smoother editing experience for the user.

Also, it would be cool to be able to add "Notes" in the same way "Related issues" can now.

I guess the next step would be to offer true inline ajax editing.

+1 this is a good thing. Except one major exception. When we change the issue status - we have many fields which becomes 'required' or 'readonly' - so that must have appropriate value when the state changes. So in that case, it cann't allow major changes such as "move to another project", change issue_state etc. But it will be really nice if we just need to update one specific custom field or just notes.
