In revision 1055, i think you forgot the following :
When doing a bulk edit on issues of a subproject, you can't assign a fixed_version of the parent project.
To do that, you should replace in /app/views/issues/bulk_edit.rhtml
@project.versions
by : @project.assignable_versions
