Redmine

Shows the issue history as a timeline: one icon and one color per kind of change, grouped by day, with a switch back to the classic view.

• Time column and colored marker with an icon per kind of change (status, assignee, priority, dates, % done, comment, attachment, custom field, subtask, relation...).
• Day separators ("Today", "Yesterday" or the date, in the user's format and time zone).
• Changes shown as old value → new value; comments highlighted; private notes marked.
• "Issue added" event at the start of the timeline.
• Timeline / Classic switch, remembered per browser.
• Keeps Redmine's markup: reply, edit, quote, note links and the History / Notes / Property changes tabs keep working.
• Translated into 10 languages. No database migrations, no gems, no external JavaScript libraries.
