Adds a search box to long list custom fields, so users can find an option by typing part of its name.

Works with single-value selects, multiple-value selects and checkbox groups.
Accent-, case- and punctuation-insensitive, word by word, in any order: sao jose finds São José dos Campos.
Keeps the native field: nothing is replaced, so forms, bulk edit and Redmine's own JavaScript keep working.
Selected values of multiple-value fields are shown as chips with a remove button.
Click to toggle in multiple-value selects (no Ctrl needed).
Works in the issue form, bulk edit and issue list filters.
Works with cascading fields of Redmine Cascading Custom Fields and Redmine Depending Custom Fields.
Settings: minimum number of options, click to toggle.
Translated into 10 languages: en, pt-BR, pt, es, fr, it, de, ru, ja, zh.
No database migrations, no gems, no external JavaScript libraries.
