My Page: Make the items on the page configurable

Description

In the user account setting, add some configuration items for the "My Page" items. I would request at least

  1. a setting for how log (days) news items will be displayed in the News pane
  2. a setting for how log (days) new docs will be displayed in the Documents pane
  3. filter options for the ticket list panes, similar to the custom filters in the ticket list
