The attached patch fixes that Redmine::Plugin.assets_directory is not working after r21283 because of the following bugs:
- source:trunk/lib/redmine/plugin.rb@21283#L107 does not properly set Redmine::PluginPath object
- a typo in source:trunk/lib/redmine/plugin.rb@21283#L186
